Legal Holidays of China in 2019
Sino Vision’s holidays in year 2019, as following:
1, New Year' Day: Dec. 30th - Jan.1st
--We usually take a rest or have a sightseeing tour.
2, Chinese New Year Holidays: around Feb. 2ed - Feb.11st.
Note: Sino Vision office will have have holidays from Feb. 2ed - Feb.11st.; Sino Vision workshop will have holidays from Jan. 29th (not full runing since Jan 21st) to March.16th. (not fully running until Feb 20th).
--This is the biggest and most important holidays for us Chinese people, all family members gathering together, celebrating with firecrackers, visiting relatives etc. Trains & buses are extremely busy, So our workers need to come back earlierly thus they can possible get a ticket.
Almost every factories in China are have long holidays like this.
3, Qingming Day (Tomb-sweeping Day): April 5th-7th
--It is a time for us to memorize our loved ones who have departed. We visit their ancestors' graves to sweep away the dirt
4, Labor Day:May 1st-May 4th
--We usually take a rest or have a sightseeing tour.
5, Dragon Boat Festival: Jun 7th-9th
--This festival for us to memorize the great patriotic poet Qu Yuan in ancient China, & enjoy special traditional food “Tzung Tzu”, a pyramid-shaped dumpling made of glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves.
6, Mid-Autumn Festival & National Day: Sept 13rd -15th
--Mid-Autumn Festival : It’s also an important festival for family enjoying time together. It’s a festival for family reunion, we spend the time charting and enjoying the special time together, watching the round moon in the sky and enjoying special traditional food (mooncakes).
7, National Day Holidays: Oct 1st to 7th
--National Day: To celebrate the founding of the people's Republic of China. We usually take a rest or have a sightseeing tour.
Speicial note: We usually have one or two engineers &salesworking on holidays, but response time would be much slower.
