◆ What's the usual MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of your products?
Molding & Development:
Molds --No MOQ rquirement;
Parts manufacturing --usually around 200 US dollars value per item for small parts (addtional cost of around 100 US dollars per mold if less volume); TBD for big parts.
Performance/Racing parts:
- Most items are 10 units per item like exhaust piping (header & manifold, downpipe), turbo, cooler etc. 20 pcs per item for those made to our client's design.
- Aluminium hose fittings: 20 to 100 units per item, depends.
- Hose Clamps, 50 units per model for category models.
We could offer quantity less tan MOQ in case we have them in stock.
Auto parts:
TBD

◆ What's the lead time of your products?
There are different delivery time for different products ranges from 3 days to 120 days (like for products we have in stock and for air transportation, the delivery time is 3 days. For big volume with shipment transportation, we need to consider mainly production time, government authority inspection time, domestic transportation time, the customs declaration time and the shipment time. Our delivery time information will be included in our quotation list to you.
Also, for continuous monthly orders, both sides could talk and negotiate about the delivery time, and Sino Vision is much willing to offer stock service for our partners.
◆ Which kind of factories are the products from and what's the capacity of your production?
- Molding & Development, Plastic parts injection, Metal parts (like stamping/punching, CNC machining), exhaust pipe, aluminium fittings: in our own factories located in Taizhou, Ningbo & Hangzhou.
- There are more than 50 factories for our choice in Huaxiang Group.
- Out-sourcing: Sino Vision also takes its advantage to offer a trading service and manufacturing inspection service for its customers and - partners. Out sourcing items including: plastic granules, extruding, die-casting, metal sheets, metal materials etc for further processing in our own workshop; Accessories like screws, pins, seals, glue, magnets, color boxes, cartons, harness wire etc for assembling in our workshops; We also sourcing printing, painting, some surface treatments etc.
We are very strict in outsourcing process and in-stock inspection process.
So Sino Vision are able to offer full range of products and big volume to meet your need and demand.
◆ Brief description of the main process of order operations with Sino Vision
Usually, the
A, Clients to send SV the RFQ (normally drawings or samples with detailed requirement);
B, SV will quote clients in around 1 or 2 days if information is sufficient;
C, Both to discuss the RFQ and order and contracting;
D, SV issue clients PIs for clients to make downpayment, and then SV started mold design or production;
E, Detailed process control;
F, SV send clients samples if needed, or notice clients the ready of the production;
G, Clients to make inspection and balance payment.
H, SV making delivery
I, Aftersales service process if there is any issue after clients received the cargo.
